Description
Tropical Scene 4. I was inspired by tropical landscape of Maldives. Before I did my picture, I used soft pastels with my fingers on top to build up the texture and colour and added hard pastels over a layer of soft pastels to make details and highlights. I also used a wet brushes over the water, sky and sand.
